Overview
One of London's modern events caterers seeks an experienced Sous Chef to lead food operations from our production unit.
Responsibilities
* Develop and create all items from scratch in a modern kitchen.
* Help develop and execute stunning dishes.
* Lead daily food operations during Monday to Friday duties and support large events.
Qualifications
Required experience and culinary skills suitable for a Sous Chef role.
