Recruitment Account Coordinator
Location: Leeds
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 + Bonus
Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for recruitment and client management? We are looking for a Recruitment Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing a key client relationship and ensuring the seamless delivery of recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Account Coordinator:
Act as a daily point of contact for the client, ensuring excellent service delivery
Coordinate and manage recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Maintain regular contact with available workers
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
Support the out of hours “On Call” on a rota basis
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in recruitment, account management is desirable but not essential
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client sites effectively
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
