Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies
* Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients
* Market mapping and proactively hunting for new business opportunities
* Working towards monthly revenue and promotion targets
* Managing the candidate database
* Developing expertise within the chosen specialism
