Role Overview
We’re looking for a Full Time UK/Ireland-based proactive, organized, and client-focused Account Manager/Customer Success Specialist to join Glimmer, a creative tech platform transforming how brands and media companies connect with top-tier production talent and influencers worldwide.

You have a passion for media, content, influencer marketing, or production and understand how to build meaningful partnerships that drive real results. Entrepreneurial and execution-obsessed, you’re as comfortable supporting a client through onboarding as you are identifying new growth opportunities, assisting with influencer campaigns, or helping a brand bring a project to life.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients, ensuring successful onboarding and full engagement with the Glimmer platform.
* Support onboarding for new clients following Glimmer’s structured activation plans and client guides.
* Monitor account performance and flag risks or opportunities to leadership.
* Assist with renewals, upsells, and account expansion in collaboration with the broader account team.
* Conduct regular client check-ins and help prepare materials for business reviews and strategy sessions.
* Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and coordinate outreach with account managers or sales leads.
* Lead discovery calls and early prospecting to help qualify new opportunities.
* Support major brands clients with global influencer and creator campaigns.
* Conduct targeted outreach to generate leads and nurture relationships.
* Support sales team in proposals, presentations, and supporting materials for client meetings and pitches.
* Manage European and MENA client accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, engagement, and growth opportunities.

Collaboration with Customer Success & Product
* Collaborate with the Product team to communicate client requests, feature feedback, and adoption insights.
* Help prepare adoption and engagement reports to track client health, campaign performance, and milestones.
Who You Are (Ideal Candidate):
* 1–3+ years experience in account management, customer success, or sales support.
* Comfortable juggling multiple roles: client success, account management, SDR-style activities, and influencer marketing support.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts/projects at once.
* Strong communicator and relationship builder.
* Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM is a plus.
* Passionate about influencer marketing, social media, and creative content.
* A natural go-getter who sees what needs to be done and jumps in.

Compensation:Base salary:$60,000–$80,000 USD annually, based on experience.
