Provide guidance and support to Neighbourhood Officers, sharing expertise and driving continuous improvement. Manage complex tenancy cases, including anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches, and safeguarding issues. Work collaboratively with residents, colleagues, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes. Ensure compliance with legislation, policy, and best practice in housing management. Essential Requirements: Right to Work in UK Basic DBS check Full UK driving license About You: Customer focused and able to understand our diverse residents' needs. A proactive, solution-focused approach, with the ability to lead and inspire others. Experience of working in social housing and a good understanding of Housing Law, dealing effectively with complex tenancy management issues and ASB. Estate management experience. Able to work collaboratively and deliver in a fast-paced and busy environment.
