Person specification Knowledge, Skills and Experience Essential criteria Minimum of 12 Months working knowledge of Plain Film Radiography Experience of using a RIS and PACS System Organisation, Prioitisation and Planning Skills Awareness and knowledge of current H&S Regulations Experience and understanding of Quality Assurance Good Knowledge of current IRR17 & IR(ME)R Regulations Desirable criteria Knowledge of Wellbeing CRIS and Sectra PACS systems Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications Knowledge of Equipment Experience of working in an NHS Imaging Department Qualifications Essential criteria Educated to 'A' Level or Equivalent Educated to DCR/BSC in Diagnostic Radiography Registered with the HCPC Evidence of CPD Desirable criteria Educated to PgCert/PgDip/MSc in a Modality/Speciality Completion of a RPS Course Personal Qualities Essential criteria Good Interpersonal skills Reliable, Flexible, Trustworthy, Assertive, Innovative High standard of Diagnostic Imaging Willingness to train others Full driving license and access to a vehicle (Essential due to community-based role) Ability to participate in 24/7 rosters and flexible approach Desirable criteria Experience of Appraising Junior / Support Staff Important information about your application All correspondence will be sent to you via the email address you applied from.
