About the Position
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to enhance how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social media platforms. This role involves curating impactful moments from podcasts, utilizing AI tools for clipping and editing, and building an inspiring digital presence that can change lives.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial judgment is essential for creating content that resonates, is shareable, and captures attention. A deep understanding of content trends and audience behavior is crucial.
Responsibilities
1. Multi-channel content strategy – Develop and implement strategies to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth across YouTube and social platforms.
2. Video editing and clipping – Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the podcast's tone and style.
3. YouTube growth & optimisation – Enhance channel growth by optimizing content, creating compelling titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features.
4. AI content creation and curation – Produce and manage high-quality visual content tailored to each platform, maintaining brand consistency.
5. Content scheduling and delivery – Schedule and upload content in line with marketing calendars and partner needs.
6. Copywriting and tone of voice – Use AI tools to craft inspiring and engaging copy that reflects each podcast's values.
7. Community management – Engage with audiences through comments and messages to foster a positive community.
8. Performance tracking and reporting – Use analytics tools to monitor performance, generate reports, and refine strategies.
Skills & Experience
* Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, with measurable increases in views, engagement, and subscribers.
* Strong understanding of social media and YouTube algorithms, trends, and KPIs, with analytical skills.
* Video editing expertise with Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, along with experience using scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
* Graphic design skills for creating engaging visuals like thumbnails and carousels.
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
* Adaptability to shifting deadlines and evolving content priorities.
