Shift Details
Typical Shifts are: Monday – Sunday 07:30 – 21:30 working 3 shifts a week including some weekends.

Role Overview
Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Eastleigh. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
Responsibilities
* Help people to gain more independence in their daily lives.
* Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
* Allocate shifts and book training.
* Induct new colleagues.
* Support supervision and ordering medication.
* Ensure the people we support are supported to manage their finances.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
* Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour’s of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
