Your Role
As a Paint Technician at our Westbury site, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding repair quality and customer satisfaction. You’ll use advanced equipment and techniques to complete high-quality paint refinishing work efficiently and safely.
What You'll Be Doing
Performing high-standard paint repairs and refinishing using modern equipment and methods
Working collaboratively with the wider bodyshop team to ensure smooth workflows
Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines
Accurately completing job cards and documentation
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician
A meticulous eye for detail and pride in your craftsmanship
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A customer-focused approach and positive attitude
ATA or IMI accreditation is desirable but not essential — we support further training and development
