Here at Chubb (part of the APi group), we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our high performing team in Blackburn on a fixed term contract through to mid November 2026, covering a maternity leave.
This will be a hybrid position with travel to the Blackburn office twice per week and the start date will be January 2026

SALARY: Up to £50K per annum (pro ratad)

What you'll be doing as Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Partnering with business leaders and HR colleagues, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activity for UKI support functions including business administration, customer service and contact centre operations.
Responsibilities will include:
Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
Manage full cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, selection, offer management, and pre-boarding) for support function roles across UKI
Use innovative sourcing methods (social media, job boards, networking, referrals, recruitment events) to attract diverse talent
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and guidance on best practice
Use recruitment technology such as ATS and video interviewing tool to enhance candidate experience
Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics to support reporting and continuous improvement
Champion the employer brand, ensuring candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey
What we would like you to bring to the role:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in talent acquisition (ideally within an in-house or RPO environment) and will have a track record in hiring for support functions (e.g. business support, customer service or contact centre roles)
You will have:
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels, and to influence and guide decision-making
Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as ATS and video interviewing technology
Experience in using LI Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Knowledge of UK employment legislation relating to recruitment and selection
Ability to balance competing demands and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment
Passion for creating a positive candidate experience and promoting DEI
