Overview
At Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust (GHC), we provide joined-up mental health, physical health and learning disability services across Gloucestershire. We are seeking a Digital Project Support Officer to join the Transforming Care Digitally Programme within the Digital Transformation Team on a fixed-term basis. The post holder will deliver effective project support, handling both routine and specialist enquiries, in a collaborative programme environment.
Responsibilities
* Operate independently and as part of a programme team to oversee the daily support of projects.
* Provide and coordinate the provision of project highlight reports to support status reporting to Programme Board and other governance groups.
* Deliver a comprehensive, high-quality support service to the Project Manager assigned to the project to enable them to perform their role effectively and maximise their time.
* Plan, prioritise and organise workloads with effective day-to-day management and monitoring.
* Take full responsibility for meetings, coordinating and timely distribution of papers, and administration of follow-up actions.
* Maintain and develop project documentation; configure and update documents as required.
* Demonstrate the ability to switch concentration between several information systems while resolving problems.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience providing administration support, preferably within a digital environment, with strong project support skills.
* Excellent communications skills to work effectively with Digital Services, the wider Trust, and third-party suppliers.
* Understanding of the local health and social care community is beneficial.
