Joining a growing Change Management team, you'll take ownership of exciting digital projects, partnering with programme management and product teams to deliver tools that will transform ways of working across the firm. Your deep understanding of delivering change in a fee-earning environment will be central to your success here. The strategy isn't just about implementing technology, it's about fundamentally changing how a business operates and the lasting impact that creates.
You'll bring a strong track record of large-scale, technology-enabled change, with the gravitas to build trusted relationships at the most senior levels. A genuine passion for forward-thinking digital transformation will help you stand out, along with your ability to take stakeholders on the journey and bring them with you every step of the way.
This is a hybrid role, based two days a week in a central London office, giving you the flexibility to work in a way that suits you.
