Unified Communications Engineer - London - Hybrid - 6 month Contract.
We’re working on a confidential opportunity with a large, multi-brand organisation going through significant growth and transformation.
They’re looking for a Unified Communications Engineer to take real ownership of their telephony environment - driving stability, performance, and standardisation across a complex estate.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning and improving enterprise telephony platforms
* Managing SIP, call routing, dial plans and IVRs
* Troubleshooting voice and call quality issues
* Leading migrations, consolidation, and integration work
* Working closely with vendors and internal teams
What they’re looking for:
* Strong experience across unified comms / telephony
* Exposure to platforms like Mitel, Teams, Cisco or Avaya
* Good understanding of networking for voice (QoS, latency, routing)
* Someone comfortable balancing BAU and project work
