Role Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated
Software Developer
to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that support our business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient applications while following best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop, test, and maintain software applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
* Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best coding practices.
* Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
* Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
* Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
* Ensure software security, data protection, and compliance with company standards.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:
* Strong programming skills in Java
* Experience with modern frameworks and development tools e.g.Spring Boot
* Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
* Understanding of cloud services and deployment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
* Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).
Soft Skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
Education & Experience
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Previous experience in software development (internships or full-time) is a plus but not required for junior roles.
