About the Laboratory

Clinical & Technical Scope
You’ll be heavily involved in the design and manufacture of advanced restorations, including:
* Full-arch zirconia restorations
* Implant bars and All-on-4 restorations
* Implant-supported prosthetics
* Crowns and bridges
* Temporary restorations
* Complex digital restorative workflows
This role is particularly well suited to a technician who enjoys full-arch implant work and high-aesthetic restorative cases.
Digital Workflow & Technology
You will be working extensively with modern digital systems and workflows, including:
* Exocad design software
* CAD/CAM restoration workflows
* Digital scan integration
* Milling workflows
* Implant planning and restorative protocols
Additional exposure to 3D printing and advanced finishing workflows would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
* Designing dental restorations using Exocad software
* Manufacturing high-quality implant and restorative prosthetics
* Producing full-arch zirconia and implant bar restorations
* Managing digital workflows from scan through to final production
* Finishing, staining, glazing, and polishing restorations to a high standard
* Collaborating with clinicians and the wider laboratory team on complex cases
* Maintaining quality control and meeting production deadlines
* Supporting efficient laboratory workflow and case organisation
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Previous experience as a Dental Laboratory Technician
* Strong proficiency with Exocad software
* Excellent CAD/CAM and digital workflow knowledge
* Experience with full-arch implant restorations and implant bars
* High attention to detail and technical precision
* Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
Desirable:
* Experience with milling machines and 3D printing
* Knowledge of implant systems and restorative protocols
* Staining, glazing, and finishing experience-
* Understanding of advanced digital restorative workflows
