The Business Test Analyst will play a vital role in the UAT and post-implementation phases of a CRM and CMS rebuild, focusing on providing hands-on support. This role requires proven experience in manual testing, particularly within CRM and CMS environments. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Kentico CMS is preferred, alongside strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Main Responsibilities
As part of this role, the consultant will focus on the following key responsibilities:
* Lead and manage UAT, ensuring comprehensive coverage of user stories and defect resolution.
* Work pragmatically with business users to prioritize and execute test cases.
* Provide post-implementation support, including triage of change requests and defect fixes.
* Maintain and organize system documentation for future reference and governance.
* Generate management information (MI) using Azure DevOps and Power BI.
* Collaborate with ICMA’s internal PM and stakeholders, ensuring visibility and alignment.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in manual testing within CRM and CMS implementations.
* 1-3 years experience
* Strong experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Kentico CMS (preferred).
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, and MI reporting.
* Ability to work independently and pragmatically in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience in post-go-live support and change request triage.
* Comfortable working across multiple small teams with limited technical oversight.
* Experience with agile methodology.
