HomeServe is now recruiting for directly employed Gas Engineers to join our team! As a Gas Repair Engineer at HomeServe, we prioritize the customer experience in everything we do. You will undertake maintenance and repair work of gas appliances and central heating systems in our customers' homes. Your role is to provide industry-leading service, enhance our reputation, and drive customer growth.
What we need from you?
* CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1 & CKR1 certifications
* Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Proactive, 'can do' attitude
* Keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills

Training & Support
* Week 1: Monday to Friday at our Head Office in Walsall, covering HomeServe essentials, health and safety, tools, and equipment
* Week 2: Buddying with an experienced HomeServe Gas Engineer
* Where appropriate, we will cover your accommodation and meal allowances during induction

Location: Reading
Type: Full Time, approximately 40 hours per week, working annualized hours, including some weekends and bank holidays
Salary: £51,400 + £3,000 signing bonus!
