Multi-Skilled Joiner Location: South Down Salary: DOE Van & Fuel Card Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent We're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join a busy, well-established contractor delivering maintenance work across the education sector in the South Down area. This role suits a joiner with strong 1st and 2nd fix experience (with a focus on 2nd fix) who can also handle a range of other trades when needed. You'll be working across multiple sites, carrying out reactive maintenance, repairs, and installation work, so being able to think on your feet and get the job done right matters. Key Responsibilities: 1st & 2nd fix joinery (primarily 2nd fix) Reactive maintenance and repair works Minor installation works across multiple trades Basic tiling and kitchen fitting Diagnosing and resolving faults on site Completing job reports and maintaining records Working across multiple sites in County Down Requirements: Proven experience as a joiner (1st & 2nd fix) Multi-skilled / multi-trade experience Completed trade apprenticeship Full, clean driving licence Experience in maintenance or construction environments Ability to work independently and as part of a team Working at heights / roofing experience (desirable)
