FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to work within our Plant and Workshop division. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Dartford depot.
The duties of our Service Advisor will include:
1. Acting as a principal point of contact for transport and fleet maintenance queries.
2. Liaising with third-party workshops and leasing companies regarding bookings and paperwork.
3. Using booking management systems to notify operational teams of booking dates.
4. Monitoring fleet tracking system, Samsara, and coordinating with fleet teams to ensure vehicle presentation at workshops.
5. Raising and closing job cards within Freeway, ensuring all documentation is uploaded.
6. Handling inquiries and vehicle bookings at the workshop reception, listing known defects and communicating with the workshop.
What skills and experience are required?
We seek a confident professional with experience communicating via telephone, email, and face-to-face. Prior experience as a service advisor or similar role is essential.
