In your role, you will be helping businesses engage new prospects, uncover insights, and open doors to fresh opportunities. You’ll be their voice, building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and booking high-quality meetings that drive real business results. Your duties as a Business Development Executive will involve but are not limited to: Making engaging outbound calls to prospects (warm and cold leads). Building rapport and identifying business opportunities for your clients. Booking qualified meetings and managing your clients’ diaries. Conducting market research and gathering valuable insights. Maintaining accurate records using CRM and MS Office tools. Collaborating closely with clients to ensure campaign success. Using LinkedIn and other platforms to research and target potential leads. To be a successful Business Development Executive, you must: Be a confident, professional communicator who enjoys speaking with new people. Demonstrate resilience, self-motivation and be target-driven. Be highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn. Be comfortable working on the phone and building rapport quickly. Previous telesales, telemarketing, or customer engagement experience helpful - but not essential as full training will be provided.
