SC4 are partnering with a successful consumer brand - loved by all age groups on the search for an entry-level Social Media Coordinator to join their marketing team. As Social Media Coordinator, you will be creative and passionate about growing and engaging the brand's worldwide community.

The Role
As Social Media Coordinator, you will support the delivery of social media, content, and community engagement across all digital channels. You’ll work closely with the marketing, design, and customer service teams to help create engaging content, support product launches, and keep our global community thriving.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting social media and marketing campaigns from planning to delivery.
* Creating and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Facebook.
* Proactively spotting trends, creative opportunities and community conversations.
* Managing the Discord server—organising tournaments, events and keeping the community active.
* Helping with product launches, promotions, PR samples and influencer outreach.
* Engaging with comments, DMs and community discussions in a fun, accurate brand tone.
* Working closely with Customer Service to maintain top-quality communication.
* Monitoring basic social performance data and preparing simple reports.
* Supporting day-to-day marketing admin and team coordination.
What We’re Looking For - This is an entry-level role, so we’re not looking for years of experience—just the right attitude and heaps of passion plus:
* A genuine interest in social media, content creation or digital communities.
* Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Discord.
* TikTok Shop or social commerce
* Video editing skills
* Running Discord communities or gaming groups
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
