Senior Developer (AWS/Serverless)

🌍 About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior AWS Serverless Developer to join a greenfield project building a modern, event-driven data platform for regulatory and compliance reporting.
You’ll design and develop a decoupled middleware layer that ingests data from multiple sources, transforms it, and routes it to 25+ downstream systems. This is a backend-heavy role where event-driven workflows power everything—from API triggers to S3-driven pipelines.
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
* Build and orchestrate serverless, event-driven architectures on AWS
* Develop scalable solutions using Lambda, Step Functions, Glue, and S3
* Design data pipelines to ingest, enrich, and transform data
* Integrate systems via EventBridge, SNS, SQS, and API Gateway
* Implement Infrastructure as Code (CDK or SAM) and CI/CD via Azure DevOps
* Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure data integrity and reliability
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience with AWS Serverless (Lambda, Step Functions, S3, Glue)
* Expertise in Python for cloud-native development
* Proven experience building event-driven architectures
* Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
* Experience integrating data from APIs, files, and messaging systems
