With big growth plans ahead, we're looking for a highly organised, passionate, motivated, and hands-on Sales Office Manager to take charge of day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth business support across the team.
Key Responsibilities
As Sales Office Manager, you will:
* Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
* Supervise and support the office administrator(s) and ensure tasks are delegated effectively.
* Manage incoming customer calls, enquiries, and complaints with professionalism.
* Support sales and customer service processes (CRM updates, invoicing, account management).
* Maintain office systems: records, spreadsheets, financial admin, and reporting.
* Handle HR admin: staff schedules, holidays, absence records, onboarding new hires.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and data protection regulations.
* Prepare reports for directors and provide updates on customer satisfaction, admin performance, and office efficiency.
* Support marketing and communications (basic social media posts, liaising with suppliers, etc.).
* Help create and nurture new business opportunities.
* Be the point of contact between management, employees, and stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who has:
* Proven experience as an Office Manager, Senior Administrator, or similar role in a B2B environment.
* Strong people management skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM systems, accounting software).
* Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work under pressure.
* High level of customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proactive problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
* Experience in waste management or facilities management (desirable but not essential).
