The role
We're looking to expand our back‑office team to support Goodmans in servicing and maintaining a high level of service to our clients. This full‑time role, based at our central Exeter office, is a great opportunity for someone with good admin and people skills who wants to develop their financial services career within a collaborative, friendly and professional environment.

Duties include:
* Working closely with the paraplanning and advice teams
* Booking meetings, diary managing and preparing documentation for meetings
* Database management
* Meeting and greeting clients
* Supporting Financial Planners in client meetings
You'll need:
* Experience working within the financial service industry
* Strong administration skills, including prioritisation and time management
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients and team members
* A desire to engage with clients and develop strong relationships
