Location: Bordon, Hampshire
Hours: Monday Friday, 08:00 16:30 (Unlimited Overtime Available)
Rate: Up to £22.00 per hour
Status: Outside IR35
We are looking for an experienced Composite Trimmer to join a busy composites team working across motorsport, aerospace, and other high-performance projects. This role offers excellent earning potential with unlimited overtime available.
Key Responsibilities
* Trimming, drilling, and finishing of composite components to tight tolerances.
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, CAD data, and trimming manuals.
* Operating hand tools, jigs, fixtures, and precision equipment to ensure accuracy.
* Carrying out bonding and fitting of inserts and metallic details where required.
* Conducting quality checks to ensure all work meets strict specifications.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience as a Composite Trimmer (motorsport, aerospace, automotive, or similar high-performance industries).
* Skilled in the use of trimming and finishing tools for carbon fibre and composite parts.
* Ability to work accurately to drawings and technical instructions.
* Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven approach. xxuwjjq
