Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £89 - £100 Per day Job Duties: Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons Assisting with the preparation of learning materials Providing one-on-one support to students Monitoring student progress and providing feedback Supervising students during activities and breaks Required Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team Passion for working with young learners Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Previous experience in a teaching or tutoring role is advantageous Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of educational principles and practises Ability to engage and motivate students Excellent organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience working with special educational needs students Working Conditions: The role involves working in a classroom setting within a school environment. The working hours are typically during school hours, Monday to Friday. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for school events or meetings.
