Responsibilities as our Product Data & E-Commerce Administrator will include: Maintain and update product data (text, images, documents) in ERP/PIM systems and across websites and marketplaces Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and SEO-friendly for maximum discoverability. Manage product presentation on marketplaces (Amazon, eBay), including parent/child and bundle configurations, as well as maintaining the Amazon storefront Monitor competitor activity and provide insights using tools like Helium10 and FeedbackFive. Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to create compelling content (A listings, enhanced imagery) and add them to the listings. Troubleshoot data flow issues between ERP and e-commerce platforms. Generate regular reports on product performance, pricing, and channel health. Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and implement improvements What we’re looking for in our Product Data & E-Commerce Administrator: Training will be provided to fill any knowledge gaps, however ideally you will have: Experience maintaining product data in ERP/PIM databases Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g. BigCommerce, Shopify, Amazon) Knowledge of on-page and marketplace SEO Competent using Microsoft Excel and Outlook Problem solving mindset to help fix any data connectivity issues.
