Job Description:
Salt has partnered with a leading Business Bank to find a Senior Product Designer for an initial 12-month contract, working on a project to shape their digital strategy.
Reporting to the Product Design Lead, you'll work on internal tools to improve the end-to-end experience for front-of-house staff and their SME customers.
This role is ideal for a thorough, process-oriented designer with strong end-to-end product design skills, especially in internal tools and frameworks.
Requirements:
* No specific "years of experience" required, but must demonstrate seniority and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, B2B SaaS, or similar sectors.
* Experience working in large enterprise organizations.
* Process-oriented, with a focus on mental modeling over execution or conceptual design.
* Expertise in accessibility standards such as WC3, WCAG, and Consumer Duty.
This is a remote-first role with only 2 days per month in-office. Benefits include full-time employment perks and 30 days of annual leave, commensurate with seniority.
