We're looking for a highly organised PMO Coordinator to join a growing transformation team within a leading organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in supporting a portfolio of complex IT initiatives, ensuring governance, visibility, and delivery success. What You'll Be Doing: Supporting portfolio governance, standards, and reporting processes Designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint pages Tracking project performance, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives Preparing high-quality dashboards, reports, and insights for senior leadership Coordinating project documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements Assisting with financial tracking, resourcing, and planning activities Acting as the key point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and the PMO ✅ What We're Looking For: Previous experience working within an IT PMO function in a complex delivery environment Experience designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint pages, ensuring information is structured, accessible, and engaging for users.
