Key elements of your role as Restaurant Administrator:
Maintain office services including office operations and procedures, assigning and monitoring all administration functions.
Have Fourth Hospitality programme knowledge and be able to check right to work, close employee rotas and maintain accurate employee files.
Complete daily banking procedures as well as supporting and checking cash out.
Ensuring all end of day reports are consistent and to company standards.
Support the ordering of equipment, stationary, uniforms and crockery.
Organise weekly stock takes and prepare invoices.
Monitor the business occupancy tracker and help standardise operational procedures.
About you:
You have 2 year experience in this position (or similar)
You have the experience and skills to oversee and support the entire front and back of house admin operation.
You have strong IT skills.
You have excellent English language skills.
