Horbury Property Services Ltd are looking for experienced Multi-Trade Fit Out Operatives to join their team, carrying out internal fit out and refurbishment works across a range of projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work and can confidently cover multiple trades.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality internal fit out works, either working independently or as part of a site team, while meeting programme deadlines and maintaining excellent standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out internal fit out and refurbishment works across multiple trades
* Work independently or as part of a site team to meet project deadlines
* Read and work from drawings, plans, and specifications
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
* Keep work areas clean, safe, and well organised
* Communicate effectively with site management, colleagues, and other trades
Multi-Trade Duties (including but not limited to):
* Carpentry and joinery (1st and 2nd fix) - including kitchen installation
* Basic plumbing works, including sanitaryware
* Flooring installation (vinyl, laminate, carpet tiles)
* Wall and floor tiling
* Painting and decorating
* Minor wall and patch repairs
* Door and ironmongery installation

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a multi-trade operative within fit out or refurbishment environments
* Competency across several core trades, including carpentry, basic plumbing, flooring, tiling, decorating, and general repairs
* NVQ / City & Guilds qualification in a relevant trade or multi-trade discipline
* Valid CSCS card, Asbestos Awareness certification, and full UK driving licence
* Ability to read and work from drawings, plans, and instructions
* Reliable, professional, and punctual with a strong work ethic
* Flexible and adaptable, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team
