Commercial Account Executive
We are looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join the Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team.
Responsibilities
* Build rapport with new and existing clients ranging from sole traders to MD/CEO of large organisations.
* Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve sales objectives.
* Win new business and develop long‑lasting relationships with B2B clients.
* Identify and explore new business opportunities to drive the best outcome for clients.
* Consultatively assess client requirements, advise on products and solutions, and find a "path to yes".
Qualifications
* Experience in winning new business and building B2B relationships.
* Passion for developing business through marketing, community engagement, networking, client meetings.
* Tenacious, business curious, proactive learner.
* Consultative skills, ability to question effectively, active listening, comprehensive understanding of client needs.
