As Head of Customer Service, you will be responsible at both strategic and operational levels for:
1. Customer Experience Strategy
2. Team Development & Performance
3. Operations Management
4. Customer Insight & Feedback
5. Crisis & Escalation Handling
6. Policy & Process Development
7. Advocacy and Engagement
