Responsibilities

* Collaborate widely: Work closely with colleagues across the communications team and the wider business to shape ideas from the ground up
* Lead key corporate outputs: Take ownership of major publications such as annual reports, financial accounts and corporate documents
* Stay curious: Bring fresh thinking by keeping up with design trends, tools and new ways of telling stories visually
* Present with purpose: Confidently present final work to internal stakeholders, guiding conversations and ensuring design decisions land effectively
* Be the brand authority: Own, protect and evolve our brand guidelines, ensuring everything we produce feels unmistakably Citizen
* Create standout multi‑channel content: Design engaging assets across social, digital, print, presentations and web, ensuring everything is consistent, accessible and on‑brand
Qualifications
* Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or other relevant tools
* Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout composition
* The ability to generate ideas and execute them
* Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics
* Ability to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Confidence to challenge briefs and influence stakeholders
* Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects and audio editing (preferred)
