Job Summary
Full-time Manager / Manageress required to work a minimum of 37.5 hours in our Bridgend Retail Outlet. Previous experience is essential. To work as part of a small team, managing staff rota's and holidays, ensuring employees work together effectively to make sales and contribute to shop upkeep, assisting customers, re-stocking shelves, maintaining a clean and organised store environment, and all general duties associated with a retail environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals.
* Manage daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
* Supervise staff performance
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to create an appealing shopping environment.

Experience
* Proven experience in a management role within retail or sales environments is essential.
* Strong supervisory experience with the ability to manage teams effectively.
* Excellent communication skills

* Proficient in time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
