We are currently seeking two dedicated, energised, and innovative individuals to join our dynamic team as Assistant Project Officer for Investment and Delivery to support the regeneration of Scunthorpe Town Centre. This exciting role will be responsible for a variety of programmes covering the delivery of capital projects associated with Levelling Up Funding amongst others, providing the opportunity to make a significant impact on the communities of North Lincolnshire. The successful candidate for this diverse role will require broad experience of project and programme assistance, stakeholder engagement and industry leading best practice, to deliver the best outcomes for the people and place of North Lincolnshire. The Assistant Project Officer will play a pivotal role in the enhancement of Scunthorpe’s built and natural environment along with assisting on the delivery of our Principal Towns Strategy. North Lincolnshire Council has a significant capital programme that will see investments in enabling infrastructure, our buildings and open spaces, and across a variety of community assets. The role will be responsible for supporting shaping the vision of the town centre and Principal Towns and delivering on the capital monies that the Council has received from Government to deliver the outcomes expected and for the realisation of associated benefits, to support the Council’s transformation and deliver the aspirations of our Council Plan.
