£45k‑£55k + monthly bonus. Essex/London, IG9.
We are looking for a high achieving structural engineer keen to further your career. Join a dynamic, social and innovative practice located just by a Central line station. The office is spacious, dog friendly and features a pool table, table tennis, and a beer fridge. We offer an excellent monthly bonus scheme on top of basic salary.
Ideal candidates are academically strong with a strong aspiration to achieve Chartership quickly (if not already achieved). You should have several years of building design experience, be able to supervise two graduate engineers and manage your own projects.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
 * Supervise two graduate engineers.
 * Manage your own projects independently.
 * Deliver architecturally challenging projects, including private houses, multi‑storey developments, high‑rise towers, hotels, rooftop apartments and commercial RC frame projects.
 * Be a good team player and collaborative contributor.
Background: The Director, MIStructE, MICE, ICE Examiner, has a larger practice background. The firm is 8+ years old and plans to expand further. Current workforce: 10 staff.
