* Location: Across England
* Working pattern: Hybrid
* Salary: Up to £52,000 (Dependent on Experience)
* Level: Experience dealing with defendant injury claims
The work
* Lead and manage personal injury claims, including RTA, EL & PL matters
* Draft pleadings and represent clients at JSMs, mediations and court hearings
* Collaborate closely with experts, counsel and top-tier insurer clients
* Contribute to strategy across brain, spinal, amputation and fatal injury cases
* Supervising Juniors where appropriate.
Candidate profile
The department welcomes applications from those with strong litigation backgrounds, including claimant and defendant experience:
* Experience in personal injury litigation (defendant preferred but not essential)
* Excellent drafting and strategic skills
* Strong communication and client-handling capabilities
