Data Entry Clerk, 30 hours per week
The opportunity has arisen for a Data Entry Clerk to work as a member of the Patient Experience Team to provide support with the data entry of patient feedback received in the team - survey data and compliments.
Ensure the accurate data entry is entered onto the patient experience tool.
Accurate recording of compliments via Microsoft excel.
Open the mail that is delivered to the team, date stamp and distribute appropriately.
Add data from IQVIA to posters - print and laminate posters.
Ensure the effectiveness maintenance of the teams generic email inbox.
Communicate effectively at all levels.
Monitor free text comments on the patient experience tool.
Provide patient feedback information in PDF format from the patient experience tool to collaborative staff when requested.
Post requested leaflets / questionnaires / SAE to services / patients.
Monitor national feedback websites and raise awareness of feedback with the team.
Respond to all enquiries in a confidential, pleasant and helpful manner at all times.
Answer the telephone, take messages and share with the identified team member.
Work as a team member to maintain safe storage of confidential information.
Collect completed patient feedback surveys from wards and outpatient areas (empty survey collection boxes).
Maintain a clean workstation / area.
To file any documents in a timely manner and in accordance to trust policy.
Highlight data entry errors promptly and efficiently, in order to main the quality of data entered to improve the database.
Take meeting notes at team meetings.
Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as agreed with the Patient Experience Manager.
