YOUR RESPONSIBILIT IESYou will manage the full commercial and procurement function for the assigned projects within the hire division, includi ng: Taking full ownership of the Project based Installation, Demobilisations and alterations processes. Developing scope of works, obtaining supply chain quotations and creating quotations to custom ers.Preparing and managing valuations, applications for payment, variations, and cla ims.Monitoring project budgets, forecasting costs, and producing accurate commercial repo rts.Identifying, assessing, and mitigating commercial and contractual risks in line with company governa nce.Procuring materials and services, including negotiating pricing and placing orders with supply chain partn ers.Authorising and managing project variations, subcontract packages, and material or dersWorking from drawings and specifications and/or Bills of Quantities and/or Scope Of Works to support accurate procurement and cost con trolLiaising closely with the Hire Team to ensure real-time cost visibility and con trolManaging and administering subcontract accounts and supplier relations hipsCollaborating with intercompany and cross-functional departme nts. WHAT WE NEED FRO M YOUFormal QS qualification (BSc or NHD) or equivalent industry exper ienceExperience of working in a fast-moving repairs and maintenance/FM environment with multiple concurrent work packages unde rway.Commercial awareness to maximise rec overyConfident in sub-contract procurement, management, and commercial repo rtingComfortable interpreting drawings, specifications and scope of works and resolving commercial i ssuesHighly organised, proactive, and detail-focused, with a collaborative working styleStrong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel and Microsoft O fficeExperience working cross-functionally with operational, technical, and finance teamsBackground in a repairs and maintenance/hard FM environment is highly desi rableFull UK Driving Licence req uired
