My client is currently seeking an Interim Head of FP&A.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Head of FP&A will lead the organisation’s Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function. This crucial role involves managing the internal reporting process, providing strategic advice to the Senior Management Team (SMT), and overseeing a continuous improvement program.
As the leader of a newly established team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and stabilising several financial processes. You should be resilient, results‑oriented, capable of initiating and implementing high‑performing processes, maintaining a steady state, and fostering a culture of learning and positive engagement.
Qualifications
Fully qualified accountants are required.
