Our busy head office, located in Stretford, Manchester is home to the business support service functions, whom carry out central support for our network of regional branches. We are currently recruiting for an Operational Support Assistant to join our Payroll & Compliance team. If you are looking for an admin based role and you have excellent attention to detail, good customer service experience and can remain calm under pressure then we want to speak to you! The role includes: Payroll responsibilities: * Data entry of weekly timesheets for payroll * Entering holiday requests on to the payroll system for processing * Printing and posting invoices, P45s and payslips * Dealing with payroll queries over the phone * Liaising with the regional offices Compliance responsibilities: * Sending, chasing and inputting of information on to the recruitment database (Adapt) ensuring all information is present and accurate * Printing and posting regional documents * Updating the database of current workers assignments * Other regional administrative requirements may include CV formatting, reference chasing, skills coding * Database cleansing The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
