Microsoft Copilot Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Specialist to join a growing AI Enablement function within a security‑focused technology environment. This senior, hands‑on role focuses on designing, deploying, and governing Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform solutions across multiple business units.
Responsibilities
* Lead the deployment and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organisation.
* Build and manage custom AI agents using Copilot Studio and Power Platform technologies.
* Develop automations using Power Automate and PowerApps.
* Partner with cybersecurity teams to build AI‑enabled tools supporting areas such as penetration testing and security operations.
* Work with internal departments to identify business challenges and implement AI solutions.
* Deliver user training and adoption programmes to ensure effective and secure use of AI tools.
* Implement governance controls including Purview sensitivity labels, DLP policies, SharePoint permissions, and Entra ID conditional access.
* Produce clear technical and user documentation.
* Support wider AI governance initiatives aligned with ISO27001 and ISO42001 standards.
Qualifications
* Proven experience deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot within enterprise environments.
* Strong hands‑on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and the Power Platform.
* Good understanding of Microsoft Purview, DLP, and compliance tooling.
* Knowledge of Entra ID and AI security governance.
* Understanding of GDPR and AI governance best practices.
* Experience engaging with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Strong communication and training delivery skills.
* Understanding of ISO27001 and ISO42001 frameworks.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Desirable: Experience with Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI, PowerShell or Python scripting, regulated or security‑sensitive environments, relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., AI‑900), and willingness to undergo security clearance.

Non‑Functional Test Engineer (Performance)
Join a delivery team working on large‑scale UK public sector programmes, ensuring critical systems are performant, scalable, and resilient.
Responsibilities
* Deliver non‑functional testing (performance, scalability, reliability).
* Design and run performance tests using tools such as JMeter, NeoLoad, or K6.
* Analyse results and provide clear, actionable reports.
* Identify risks, bottlenecks, and optimisation opportunities.
* Collaborate across Agile teams (Dev, DevOps, Architecture).
Qualifications
* Experience in performance testing / non‑functional testing.
* Hands‑on with tools like JMeter, NeoLoad, K6.
* Exposure to Splunk, Grafana, Kibana, or similar monitoring tools.
* Strong analysis, reporting, and stakeholder skills.
* Nice to have cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Public sector or regulated environment experience.
.NET Engineer (Contract)
Tech stack includes .NET 10, C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor (Server‑WebAssembly), SQL Server, Telerik UI, YARP BFF, Entra ID, Playwright, NUnit.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain Blazor UI (pages, forms, workflows).
* Integrate with a stored‑procedure‑backed data layer.
* Debug across UI, API, auth, and DB layers.
* Contribute to end‑to‑end testing.
Qualifications
* Strong C# / ASP.NET Core skills.
* Proven production experience with Blazor.
* Solid SQL Server and stored procedure knowledge.
* Comfortable working with large, opinionated codebases.
* Experience with Telerik or similar component libraries.
Interaction Designer – FTC
The Interaction Designer works closely with the Digital Delivery product development department, acting as an advocate for all users of the business’s product, and presenting product solutions visually and verbally to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
* Create user journeys and iterate on designs through guerrilla testing.
* Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams to deploy solutions into secure, scalable public cloud environments (e.g., AWS) using containers.
* Advocate for consistent development practices such as branching strategy, coding standards, test‑driven development, continuous integration, and continuous testing.
* Support technical leads in crafting microservices separation and end‑to‑end integration flows.
* Assist test automation engineers in functional and non‑functional testing.
* Apply structured analysis and solution design techniques (UML, BPMN).
Qualifications
* Experience with Java Development Kit (JDK 11) and Spring Boot.
* Work experience with enterprise middleware platforms such as WebLogic Server and CAS SDK.
* Proficient in cloud deployment and containerisation.
* Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
* Experience leading backlog refinement and prioritisation activities.
Data Scientist (Renewable Energy)
Support the performance and optimisation of large‑scale energy assets by building models, generating insights, and improving asset efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Analyse real‑time and historical data to identify trends and performance issues.
* Develop forecasting and optimisation models.
* Build dashboards and reports to support decision‑making.
* Support performance monitoring, fault detection, and data‑driven improvements.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Python and/or R, plus SQL.
* Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
* Exposure to time‑series, telemetry, and industrial/energy data preferred.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Experience in regulated or security‑sensitive environments is an advantage.
