* Pensions Administrator
* Remote Working
* 6 month contract
* Inside of IR35
My client is seeking several Pensions Administrators to support their Defined Benefits (DB) team.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve team goals by providing excellent customer service in accordance with procedures and Service Level Agreements.
* Support the business in embedding the company's values.
* Follow Quality Management Systems and comply with relevant regulations and policies.
* Take ownership of personal development by completing relevant training, including mandatory e-learning, to enhance pensions knowledge and system skills.
* Report risks, complaints, and breaches promptly to management or the Compliance Department.
* Review and suggest improvements to existing systems, processes, and controls to enhance service delivery.
* Assist management in service delivery tasks as needed.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder and client relationships.
* Share knowledge to support team development.
Key Skills & Experiences
* Extensive experience in Pensions Administration
* Strong background in Defined Benefits (DB) schemes
* Experience in payment processing and calculation checks
* Proficiency in using Pensions systems such as Hartlink
