Regional Franchisee Onboarding Manager
Location: UK & Ireland (National travel required)
Reporting to: Head of Franchising
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 + 5% increase every year
Bonus: Up to £10,000 annual bonus opportunity
About the Opportunity
Our client, a rapidly growing and values-driven organisation within the care sector, is seeking a Regional Franchisee Onboarding Manager to play a critical role in supporting the successful launch of new franchise businesses across the UK and Ireland.
This is a high-impact, relationship-focused role where you will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and mentor to new franchisees—guiding them from initial setup through to full operational launch (“go live”). You will be instrumental in ensuring each franchise is set up for long-term success, delivering exceptional care services while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence.
The Role
As Regional Franchisee Onboarding Manager, you will manage a dynamic portfolio of franchisees, providing hands-on support across all aspects of business setup and early-stage growth. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across operations, HR, recruitment, compliance, and marketing to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
This role offers significant autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to travel extensively while building strong, lasting relationships across a national network.
Key Responsibilities

Lead franchisees through the full onboarding and “go live” journey, ensuring readiness for launch

Deliver structured onboarding programmes, including regular meetings, training sessions, and progress reviews

Support franchisees in developing business plans, KPIs, and performance scorecards
*
Provide coaching on client acquisition, local networking, and community engagement
*
Guide recruitment, onboarding, and retention of key roles, including Registered and General Managers
*
Ensure adherence to franchise standards, governance, and operational procedures
*
Support compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., CQC, RQIA, CIS registrations)
*
Assist franchisees in securing funding and completing essential documentation
*
Deliver training workshops and ongoing development sessions for onboarding cohorts
*
Monitor performance against targets, proactively addressing risks and implementing improvement plans
*
Facilitate smooth transition to the next phase of support following successful launch
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially aware professional with a passion for supporting business owners and driving success.

Proven experience in franchise support, business coaching, or multi-site operations

Strong understanding of business performance metrics, KPIs, and growth strategies

Experience within care, healthcare, or a regulated environment (highly desirable)
