We are seeking a high-calibre, hands-on operator to lead The Brown Cow into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Proven background in running a high-quality pub, restaurant, or hospitality venue, preferably with food-led trade.
Strong operational skills across staffing, stock, compliance, financial management, and customer experience.
Ability to maintain and grow the pubs reputation for excellent food and warm hospitality through events, seasonal menus, and function bookings.
A natural host who thrives in village-pub environments and enjoys building rapport with locals
Commitment to creating a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for families, diners, locals, walkers, and dog owners.
Skilled at promoting the pubs offer, using both community engagement and digital channels.
