* Be adaptable and flexible with excellent communication skills; able to work as part of a team.
* Experience with challenging behavior and/or learning disabilities is preferred, but all training will be provided.
* This role is based in a rural area outside Slamannan; a driver’s license and access to a vehicle are advantageous.

The role
* Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower individuals to achieve their goals, respecting their individuality and enabling appropriate choices.
* Promote health, well-being, and cultural and spiritual beliefs in an inclusive manner.
* Facilitate social, educational, or work activities, including visits, walks, shopping, and recreational activities.
* Perform general housekeeping duties, including shopping, domestic tasks, and possibly personal care.
* Complete relevant records and documentation as part of your duties.

We operate two services in Scotland supporting young adults with learning disabilities, mental health, or autism support needs, including behaviors that can challenge. Led by experienced Registered Managers, we are committed to developing excellence and talent.
