My client is a well-known Chartered Accountancy firm. They are looking for an Audit Senior/ Semi Senior to join their Newton Abbot office.
Role & Responsibilities include:
* Complete/Plan audits in accordance with the Firm's audit procedures, with assistance from more senior members of staff.
* Review statutory accounts, corporation tax computations and returns.
* Preparation of reports to be presented by Directors during client meetings.
* Liaise directly with clients, building strong rapport and proactively handling queries.
* Work to client expectations, budgets, and deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience:
* ACA/ACCA qualified.
* Practice experience.
* Strong IT skills and proficient in the use of computerised audit, accounts, and tax software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to take responsibility for managing and prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines.
* Accurate, methodical and, inquisitive approach to work.
* Motivated and highly effective whether working independently or as part of a team.
