Join InPost Distribution as a Depot Operations Support team member and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily parcel activities, exceptional customer care, and seamless administration in our bustling Cullompton depot!
Responsibilities:
* Support customers and colleagues across shifts, handling queries via face-to-face, phone, email, and digital systems.
* Manage customer enquiries, courier set up and payments, and live delivery monitoring to keep parcels on time.
* Assist with damage control, repacking, and resolving logistical issues.
* Handle key admin tasks such as customer reception, claims processing, onboarding support, and internal communications.
* Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
* Collaborate closely with the depot and management team to escalate and resolve issues.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers, drivers, and colleagues.
