Job Role: Town Manager - Covering our two venues in Wrexham
Hours per week: 40
Salary: £30,098 + Bonus
Shift pattern: 5 days across 7, mixed shift patterns. Evenings and weekends expected as part of the role.
If working between the hours of 11pm and 6am, you will receive an additional £1.50 per hour between those times.
About the employer
Admiral operates adult gaming centres with slot machines, tanning services via Kwik Tan, and family friendly entertainment centres. The business is expanding and provides services to customers and partners in the arcade and entertainment sector.
There is an element of compliance with gambling legislation, including a challenge 25 policy and ID checks where applicable.
Responsibilities
* Run multiple venues in one area, carrying out administrative and customer service duties to maintain high professional standards.
* Liaise with Area Management and Venue Management/Assistant Managers to ensure KPIs are met and venues perform at their best.
* Recruit for the venues and delegate/support staff in daily tasks.
* Drive business day-to-day, including during peak times and tournament days.
* Perform key holder duties (opening or closing a venue).
* Liaise with HR and complete probation and return-to-work meetings where necessary.
* Carry out customer service duties on the venue floor as required, supports promotions and events.
* Provide refreshments and snacks to customers and recommend games and machines based on product knowledge.
* Handle cash including giving customers the correct change in a coin-based operation.

What we are looking for
* Minimum age 18 or above due to gambling industry requirements.
* Excellent customer service skills with a minimum of 3 years in customer service and at least 1 year in a management role.
* Outgoing, confident and ambitious with the ability to engage customers and discuss games, tournaments, and food/beverage options.
* Strong timekeeping, presentable appearance, and ability to be a brand ambassador.
* Flexible availability to meet the needs of a seven-day-a-week operation.
